2. Terms of use
Using www.woopets.uk implies full acceptance of the terms of use set out below. These terms may be amended or supplemented at any time, so users are invited to consult them regularly.
The website is normally available at all times. SAS Digistart may, however, suspend access for technical maintenance, in which case it will try to let users know the dates and times in advance.

3. Services provided
www.woopets.uk publishes news and information about dogs, cats and the people who care for them. Some articles are translated and adapted from Woopets.fr, our French edition.
SAS Digistart strives to provide information that is as accurate as possible. It cannot, however, be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies or failures to update, whether these are its own or those of the third-party partners who supply it with information.
All information on the website is given for guidance only and may change. It is not exhaustive and is provided subject to any changes made since it was published. Content about animal health never replaces a consultation with a veterinary surgeon.

Where appropriate, SAS Digistart also reserves the right to hold the user civilly and/or criminally liable, notably for racist, abusive, defamatory or pornographic messages, whatever the medium (text, photograph, etc.).
7. Personal data

SAS Digistart only collects personal information about users where certain services offered by the website require it. Users provide this information knowingly, in particular when they enter it themselves, and are told whether or not it is mandatory.

No personal information about users is published without their knowledge, or exchanged, transferred, assigned or sold to third parties on any medium. Only the takeover of SAS Digistart and its rights would allow this information to be passed on to the acquirer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligations regarding the storage and modification of users’ data.
The databases are protected by the French law of 1 July 1998 transposing Directive 96/9/EC of 11 March 1996 on the legal protection of databases.
